We were invited to present as the keynote speakers at the Ninth Annual International Family Violence Conference in San Diego, California. It was a huge opportunity for us to share our issue with an international audience of professionals. Most of us couldn't afford the expenses to cover our flights, motel room, and meals for the trip. Thanks to contributions, we were able to attend and get our message out, which was so important to us and to all those we could reach.

If you need a tax deduction, you can also send a check made out to "CPPA," A 501c3 (not for profit) organization which mentors the Courageous Kids. Please identify in the memo section of your check that your contribution is for the "CKN."

Or you can also donate online using PayPal through CPPA. Just follow the online link to the CPPA site, click on the "Make a Donation" button, and use PayPal to send your donation to CKN. Note in the memo section it is for CKN or send an email to specify that your donation funds are for CKN.

Please also help by telling other kids, who may be living in similar situations, about our group. We welcome contact from any kids who may need to talk, and who need to know they are not the only ones experiencing these issues.
